Like the title says, this is not a proper review in that I'm not going to say anything at all about the book - save that it has been useful for my research, and that it may be of some historical interest. Rather I would like to point out to anyone interested in obtaining a copy of this book that it has been digitized by the Internet Archive and is freely available in multiple formats (including PDF) at:
