Heart Wrenching and Beautiful!

Caroline's story is heart wrenching. She suffers so much and can barely get through day to day life. She is tormented by nightmares which in turn makes her live off of barely any sleep. When she tries to start anew she did not factor in Trick. Trick is steadfast and true. I am not sure how he stayed single for so many years. I bet he has an interesting back story...
With the strength and love of others, saving Caroline becomes the main goal for everyone. (Hence the name.)
It's beautiful and Caroline will worm her way into the depths of your heart. This book is a great read, with great emotion.

Sadness can lead you to happiness.

This is a short contemporary tragic romance. This is a stand alone, but I so wish there was another book. I got so attached to Caroline, she needs, deserves another story... please K! This is an book that touched all my emotions, it gave me the feels. Caroline's pain is heart wrenching and I understand her grief and guilt. I recommend this for adults only. Be warned to get a tissue box ready, tears will happen.
Caroline is a woman who's heart has been broken. She knows pain, real pain. She had to bury her family, she was left behind only to walk around feeling dead inside. Guilt is part of her everyday life. How can you live when you can not breathe? Caroline is at a loss as what to do, so she decides to start over. A place no one knows her, they don't know her grief, no one to talk about it, yes this is what she needs. Well maybe until she meets Trick... she will soon learn her sadness had brought her to him.
Trick is the owner of The Trick, a small bar in Alabama. He was in for a surprise when he meets the newly hired waitress Caroline. Instantly he is dedicated to finding out more about her. But Caroline puts up a fight, she wants her privacy. Trick decides to take it slow and be a friend to her. Which is exactly what she needs. Trick slowly is breaking her wall brick by brick. But when he finds out her whole story will he walk away?
